WHAT ARE TAKEDOWN SPORTSWEAR’S SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICIES?
FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100 or more - excluding team orders.
Takedown Sportswear offers flat shipping rates for items currently stocked by our warehouse. Free shipping is offered on qualifying items totaling $100 or more to the continental United States. Orders eligible for free shipping will be delivered via UPS SurePost. Some items are ineligible for free shipping and may incur an additional surcharge due to weight. Some items may necessarily ship separately and are ineligible for free shipping (e.g. made-to-order singlets, etc.). These items may include a fixed shipping cost. Please contact us for expedited shipping options.
Shipping cutoff for expedited shipping is 12 pm EST. Orders with expedited shipping placed after that time will be shipped the following business day. Use the following chart to schedule expedited shipping. These times are for items currently in stock, and may not apply to backordered products and items drop-shipped from the vendor. Please allow at least 3 days processing before shipment for drop shipped items. Expedited shipping services are unavailable to PO boxes. Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday. Orders received over the weekend will ship the following business day.
Delivery services are based on the shipping address submitted at checkout. Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). We do our best to ensure orders ship out same day from our warehouse. Shipping cutoff is 3 pm EST for standard ground shipments. Orders placed after that time will ship out the following business day. UPS SurePost delivery services range from 3-8 business days to the contiental United States. UPS Ground and Home Delivery services range from 1-7 business days to the contiental United States. We are unable to ship ground and home delivery to PO Boxes. Shipping addresses that include PO Boxes will be defaulted to UPS SurePost delivery services.

Returns & Exchanges
Any item returned that was purchased as part of a Buy One Get One promotion will be refunded the full online sale price minus the promotional discount amount. Ship items in their original packaging. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages. Takedown Sportswear does not assume responsibility for lost shipments. Returned orders are not credited shipping costs. Returns will be refused if labels and/or tape are applied to the packaging of items. RA numbers must be clearly indicated on labels. Shipments without RA numbers will be refused. Closeout products are not eligible for return or exchange. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for Takedown to receive your item(s). All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 7-10 days of our warehouse receiving it. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the return payment to appear on your monthly printed statement. You will receive an email notification when we have processed your return. Takedown Sportswear reserves the right to make adjustments to the return policy.
To exchange an item, please complete the form below. Indicate the size you would like to exchange for in the comment box. A single instance of outgoing shipment costs for exchanged items will be assumed by Takedown. Any charges for subsequent exchanges or expedited shipping options will be the responsibility of the customer. Pre-paid shipping is not available for exchanges.
Merchandise has a 30-day warranty against defects. Any Takedown product that appears to be defective must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with receipt showing the date of purchase. Issues after the 30-day period should be communicated with the product manufacturer. Defective items will be exchanged for identical products or issued a refund. Please complete a request return authorization form for your defective item(s). Please indicate the defect in the comment box. Still have questions? To modify your email subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive emails already in production. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
